About Us

We believe in delivering services supported by a highly trained workforce strategy, ensuring that we are adequately resourced and equipped to deliver these services in accordance with the national standards of quality and safety. We aim to become one of the leading domiciliary care service providers of choice in Warwickshire, Leicestershire and Coventry. We endeavour to make sure that we employ the right people with the right attitudes, skills, values and experience to provide the care and support to our service users.

Consumers of our services will be individuals and families in need of personal care in their homes and in healthcare establishments and units.

Also included are service users who will be referred by other healthcare professionals and local Commissioning Groups such as Social Workers or the NHS Trust, and the Local Council.

Warwick Care Services For You Ltd will strive to develop an excellent joint working relationship with many of these professionals and organisations.

Our management and staff will be backed by their vast experience of working in the healthcare sector for a combined total of over fifteen years.

Aim and Objectives

Our aims and objectives are to:

  • Provide personal care and community health services to our service users within the definition and scope determined by the regulatory body.  
  • Promote independent living, working within the service users' range of abilities and competencies.  
  • Deliver care in the service users' homes in manner that is non-discriminatory and sensitive to the cultural needs of the client and respectful of their environment and traditions.
  • Provide a high quality flexible, responsive and non-intrusive service that is tailored to the needs of the individual.      
  • Work in partnership with other agencies involved in care in order to ensure a SMART, seamless and cost-effective service.
  • Work with each service user, their families and friends, carers and all other professionals associated with their care towards identifying, implementing and reviewing a personal and support care plan which sufficiently reflects on the service user’s needs at any one time.  
  • To be a shining example of moral goodness in observing the integrity and respect of all service users. Treating our service users as individuals and not just numbers. Ensuring all vulnerable people, we support are safe from any form(s) of harm.
