Warwick Care Services For You Ltd.’s Supported Living Services are planned to support young adults or those with Learning Disabilities who are about to be discharged from hospitals or from residential care centres and into Supported Living Schemes, to build positive support networks, focus on their strengths to achieve their full potential and transition towards independence lives.
Our aim and vision is to provide the service user with a bespoke support plan tailored around their needs. We will achieve this by working through a structured person-centred support plan that will focus mainly on encouraging the service user to take control of their lives and work towards achieving their personal goals and independence.
